I like to blend my fitness knowledge with my passion for people to provide a welcoming coaching experience with a splash of humor to keep things light and fun! I believe that enjoyment is at the heart of having a healthy, sustainable, and positive relationship with exercise and your body and conduct my classes with this in mind. In addition to being a coach I enjoy taking part in classes regularly. My favorite movements are the Snatch, Overhead squats and of course all of the gymnastics movements. I have a background in coaching competitive gymnastics for over 10 years. I love to take my fitness outside with hiking, paddle boarding, and beach volleyball.
