When I started at Strong Heart, I was in the worst shape I’ve ever been in.
I had serious back and joint issues, and it didn’t take much for me to get winded.
Working on the road, I developed bad eating habits that left me with some weight and fat issues.
I had no workout routine before starting.
I’d attempted many times to start one, but every time I tried, I just felt weighed down and not very fluid in motion.
But since starting, I’ve lost and kept off 15 pounds, I have almost no back pain, and my joint issues are increasingly getting better.
I can see major changes in my body that are well beyond any results from previous workout routines.
But the biggest thing for me is how I feel, both physically and mentally.
I have more energy than ever before, and I’ve never looked forward to a workout as much as I do now.
