I started because I was struggling with confidence and was overweight, and my mom encouraged me to come to class.
I was working out at another gym pretty often before I started, but I didn’t know what I was doing and I wasn’t getting results.
My first class was tough!
I didn’t think it would be as challenging as it was, and I wasn’t going to come back, but my mom made me, lol! 😂
But now I am thankful that she did!
Since starting at Strong Heart, I have also started eating better, and I’ve lost 40 pounds!
I have way more confidence than I used to, and I just feel better in general.
And if I had to give a word of advice to someone wanting to try Strong Heart for the first time, I would say it’s okay to be nervous.
Remember that everyone at the gym wants to see you succeed! And don’t give up after your first class, even if it’s hard. 🙂
